- Neomycin sulphate is a broad spectrum antibiotic used to fight a range of different infections, including those of the outer ear.
- Acetic acid is an antibacterial agent used to clear infection. When applied, it creates a highly acidic environment unsuitable for bacterial growth, encouraging an infection to clear.
Otomize ear spray is for external use only. Seek medical help immediately if it is swallowed, inhaled or sprayed into the eyes.
