Kays Medical training courses are conducted by fully qualified, professional instructors with genuine industry experience.

2) Where do courses take place?

We are able to deliver individual and group courses from our training facilities in Liverpool and Aberdeen, in addition to arranging group courses at your premises anywhere in the UK.

3) What are the costs of courses?

We provide extremely competitive costs for both individual and group courses.  A complete price list is available on request in addition to discounts for group and block bookings.

4) Are courses approved?

Our first aid courses are OFQUAL approved, guaranteeing a high standard of content and delivery.  The HSE has now removed their own approval process, making HSE Approved Training obsolete. Courses stating HSE approval are out of date.

5) How do I pay for training?

Regular customers can pay on account or payment can be made at the time of booking by credit / debit card.

6) What will I receive following a course?

Delegates receive a certificate following successful completion of a course.  Any course materials provided during the course are also yours to keep.  Organisations undertaking bespoke and group courses can also benefit from a range of tailored documentation in addition to total training management for course reminders and certificate expiry.

7) Is Kays Medical just a training provider?

No.  Kays Medical are one of the largest, independently owned medical supplies, equipment and training providers in the UK and have been operating for over 35 years.

8) Why is Kays better than other providers?

Kays have predominantly focussed on workplace based training. This makes us hugely experienced in dealing with larger organisational requirements and of course the ability to provide dedicated sales and support resources which are not generally available from most providers. Kays are also amongst the first UK training providers to receive OFQUAL approval for training - setting a new standard in course quality.

9) What if I don't understand?

Our courses have a strong mix of theory and practical exercises and are great fun.  Nobody gets left behind and our instructors only move forward when they are satisfied everyone understands the material.

10) Are there any restrictions?

Our courses are available to any persons over the age of 18.

11) What do I bring?

Dress comfortably and bring something for lunch if you wish.  Our training centre has several vending machines and there are some local amenities if you wish to leave the premises for lunch. It is your responsibility to stick to the course timetable.
