Our first aid courses are OFQUAL regulated, guaranteeing a high standard of content and delivery. The HSE has now removed their own approval process, making HSE Approved Training obsolete. Courses stating HSE approval are out of date.

7) Is Kays Medical just a training provider?

No. Kays Medical is one of the largest, independently owned medical supplies, equipment and training providers in the UK and have been operating for over 40 years.

8) Why is Kays better than other providers?

Kays have predominantly focused on workplace based training. This makes us hugely experienced in dealing with larger organisational requirements and of course the ability to provide dedicated sales and support resources which are not generally available from most providers. Kays are also amongst the first UK training providers to receive OFQUAL regulated training – setting a new standard in course quality.

9) What if I don’t understand?

Our courses have a strong mix of theory and practical exercises and are great fun. Nobody gets left behind and our instructors only move forward when they are satisfied everyone understands the material.

10) Are there any restrictions?

Our courses are available to any persons over the age of 18.

11) What do I bring?

Dress comfortably and bring something for lunch if you wish. Our training centre has several vending machines and there are some local amenities if you wish to leave the premises for lunch. It is your responsibility to stick to the course timetable.
