Jelonet 5cm x 5cm (Pack of 50) is a sterile paraffin gauze dressing designed to soothe and protect wounds while preventing adherence to the wound bed. Ideal for minor burns, cuts and abrasions, it allows exudate to pass through to a secondary dressing, supporting a moist healing environment.
