This training course is a 3-hour introduction to the concept of Mental Health First Aid. This includes relevant legislation, the impact of mental health and an overview of the principles and practice of Mental Health First Aid.
To the individual: raising your awareness of mental health issues, their impact, and ways of identifying them.
To the organisation: company awareness of mental health, including the confidence and knowledge to identify employees suffering from poor mental health.
Courses for groups can be held at your place of work or at our training centre in Liverpool. If an individual course place is required, this can only be accommodated at our Liverpool training centre.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

This is a half-day (three-hour) course.
