Making A Purchase
Orders on Account
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Please be aware a conversion charge may apply.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All sales are subject to these conditions and no further conditions shall apply.
Prices listed are subject to alteration without notice and prices invoiced will be those ruling at the date of despatch. VAT is charged extra at the rate ruling on the date of despatch. Quotations will be valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment: Where a payment is by credit card or debit card, Kays Medical reserve the right not to deliver goods or supply services until confirmation of payment is received. Where payment is in accordance with a trading account, Kays Medical will deliver an invoice with each order. Payment is required within 28 days of the date of the invoice. Kays Medical reserve the right to charge 4% interest per month on any invoices remaining unpaid after their due date.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or withdrawal. The website is provided by us to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis
On placing an order with ourselves on this website, it is the indication that you have read and accept our terms and conditions.
The ‘confirmation’ stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order acceptance from Kays Medical.
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order. Please note goods are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. The following exception applies: While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping And Handling
Orders of £100 and more (excluding VAT) will normally be delivered free of charge to mainland UK * addresses. For orders below £100 to mainland UK * addresses there will be a small order charge to cover insurance, packing and posting. (*Exceptions are bulky items such as furniture and any deliveries outside mainland UK or to northern Scotland where extra carriage costs will be incurred).
Delivery charges are specified at the checkout. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. Kays Medical shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
The goods remain the title of Kays Medical until payment for the goods has cleared.
Insurance: Upon delivery of the goods, the risk inherent in the goods is transferred to you (the customer/buyer). We accept no responsibility for misuse or incorrect use of the goods.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us. All damages and lost items are to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, after this time period no effective investigation can be launched with the courier.
Delivery of stock items within 24/48 hours. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery, or any consequence resulting thereof.
All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
Any orders placed after 12.30 on Friday will not be processed or despatched until Monday, once all security checks have been done.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Kays Medical do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Returned goods will not be accepted for credit unless through prior arrangement and credit will only be given according to the condition of the goods, if we are informed within 48 hours, resaleability and/or our suppliers ability to credit us. We are unable to accept pharmaceutical items as returned goods unless an error in supply has been made by Kays Medical. All returns are subject to a handling charge.
